Baby & Child Naming

The arrival of any new addition to the family is always such a magical and special time. Some may choose to mark the child’s arrival with a service of thanksgiving or a baby blessing.

The baby blessing (like all ceremonies) is structured so that all of the gathering have the opportunity to take part in this very special way. The ceremony can be tailored to your individual requirements; you may for example decide to plant a tree for the child or perhaps bury a placenta (if you have retained it after the birth.).

The cost of a baby/child naming is about £50. However, Vicky is more than happy to name two or more children during the same service. Please ask for more details.
